At KEEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the item is defective.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn footwear in its original KEEN shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, then use your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
